Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for watch straps only, if the request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including shipping to and from our location.

- Please ensure that the watch strap is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item is not in acceptable condition.
- Tools and accessories are not eligible for exchanges.
Incorrect Orders
- If you receive an order that is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to correct the order and cover any additional shipping costs required to resolve the issue.

No Refunds
